Introduction and project definition

We start each project with an introduction, either in our showroom or through an online meeting. We listen to your needs, explore SAM’s possibilities together, and assess whether there’s a good match. Next, we gather all relevant project information – such as typology, finishing level, construction method, energy performance requirements, and DWG plans – to get a clear picture of the project. Based on that, we define the next steps together.

Configuration

For project developers: Through our digital SAM Design Studio, you can effortlessly assemble the ideal SAM model based on fixed designs. You will immediately receive a transparent price indication that allows you to quickly move forward in your project planning.

For architects: Design SAM yourself with our user-friendly SketchUp configurator or outsource the design to us. In both cases, we provide a technically substantiated, BIM-compatible output.

For buyers: You can choose your desired finish via our SAM catalog or SAM Design Studio. This way, you can create an interior tailored to their needs and budget.

Production

Before production starts, we present you with a detailed production plan for approval. This way, you can be sure that all specifications are clear and that the implementation goes as expected.

SAM is assembled completely offsite in a controlled environment. This increases quality, reduces errors and significantly reduces installation time on site, up to 12 weeks on average. This way, your project runs faster, more efficiently and with fewer site disruptions.

Installation

Bao Living coordinates SAM's entire installation: from module placement and connection of utilities to finishing interior details. By keeping everything in-house, we limit errors, avoid delays and streamline communication on site.

We guarantee high quality control and short installation times so residents can move in faster. Prefer to install it yourself? That's possible, we provide clear instructions and support where necessary.

Aftercare

We will remain available even after the installation. Via our digital platform, you can easily ask questions or register your SAM for circular cashback when reused. By returning parts at the end of their lifespan, you stimulate reuse and contribute to a sustainable future.
