SAM (Smart adaptive module) from Bao Living — Rethinking construction. An eco-friendly constructed module that bundles all utilities like heating, electricity, water, ventilation, home automation, kitchen and bathroom. Ventilation system. Heating & ventilation

The heating pipes and ventilation ducts are neatly concealed, running along the cornice around the module to the appliances.

Water

The supply and drainage for the sanitary facilities are integrated into SAM. Thanks to its smart design, the pipes remain hidden yet easily accessible for maintenance.

Electricity

The central switchboard is seamlessly integrated into SAM. From this point, all devices and lighting are powered. Most switches are located on the module itself, but additional (wireless) switches can also be installed elsewhere.

Heating

The heating system is fully integrated into SAM and works with convectors as standard, but other forms of heat emission are also possible.

Ventilation

You can choose between ventilation systems C or D, or central ventilation systems, depending on what best suits your project.

SAM offers smart storage solutions that go beyond standard cabinets. We even integrate household appliances seamlessly into your interior.

Extras

In addition to our standard cabinets, you can choose from extra options, such as cabinets with a TV niche, a built-in bed, or a fold-out desk. The doors can also be designed and produced entirely in the SAM style, creating a harmonious overall concept.
