Studio renovation with ION in the heart of Brussels
Together with ION Residential Platform, we renovated 36 residential units in the center of Brussels, including 32 studios and 4 duplexes. All units were rented out prior to completion and the SAMs were installed in just 75 days. In this way, we saved 76 tons of CO₂.
Newly built apartments with Hestia in Mol
In a new Hestia construction project in Mol, we equipped 6 of the 24 apartments with SAM. The compact one- and two-bedroom homes were optimized for rental value and energy efficiency. Thanks to SAM, we achieved an 8% higher return and all units were rented out within two hours!
Newly built studio with Urbicoon in the European district
In cooperation with Urbicoon, we equipped compact studios with SAM in a new construction project. Thanks to the smart integration of techniques and furniture, we created 18.5% extra living space. The result? 10% higher rental income and a full rental even before completion.
