1. Technical Strategy & Shaft Design
We engineer your building’s "central nervous system". From EPB studies to technical shaft design, we ensure a seamless connection between main utilities and individual units.
2. Design
Create your ideal SAM in just a few minutes via our digital design studio, based on one of our fixed models. Prefer a fully personalized design? This can be done via our SketchUp configurator or with a custom design developed by our team.
3. Production
Production takes an average of 13 weeks and takes place entirely offsite. Thanks to our standardized process, we reduce errors, increase quality and keep the timeline tightly under control. You receive interim updates as well as a go/no-go signal for the final production.
4. Installation
Installing a SAM takes an average of 3 days, with minimal site disruption. We handle the full coordination and quality control, but if desired, the system can also be installed by your own team. This way, you choose what best fits your project approach.
