Urbicoon renovates 36 apartments with Bao
This project involves the renovation of a residential building in the center of Brussels, creating 36 modern apartments. The apartments vary in type, including studios, apartments and duplexes.
Uitdagingen
Utilities and different living areas must be efficiently combined on an area of +-38m2.
Previous designs did not meet both the functional and aesthetic needs of the target audience.
Studios were sold to investors who want a ready-to-install solution.
