ION Residential Platform and Bao join forces to renovate 36 apartments
This project includes the renovation of a residential building in the center of Brussels, creating 36 new, modern homes. The apartments vary in type, including 32 studios and 4 duplexes. Despite the complexity of the many different types of homes and the renovation challenges such as slanted and uneven dimensions, we have succeeded in developing a perfectly suitable solution for every apartment with SAM.
Uitdagingen
Very tight schedule: started with installation in mid-April 2024 and completed in September 2024, for a total renovation of 36 homes with 6 different layouts.
An average area of 38 square meters that included an entire kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area and system-D ventilation.
Ask for central digital control for lighting and techniques.
Oplossingen
Thanks to SAM's unique prefabrication method, the total renovation was completed within 75 working days.
The system-D ventilation was concealed in a cabinet, with pipes out via a bank module, making optimal use of the available space.
The customer received fully integrated central control and energy monitoring on SAM.
