For our Bao Podcast Christmas special, we welcomed someone very special: Axel van der Donk! Axel is CTO and co-founder at Bao Living. We thought it would be fun to dedicate an episode to what we do here at Bao Living and the lessons learned over the past 7 years. Consequently, partners in crime Axel and Benjamin discussed their journey over the past few years.
The biggest lesson I've learned is to be patient. When we started, I thought we would already be further than where we are now. But I never thought about how long it takes for a developer to realize projects of 20 to 30 apartments.
