Renovation of fire station into 9 trendy studios

For this project, we have the pleasure to work with the Limburg developer Kaztaar. With more than 2 decades of experience, they stand out for their commitment to sustainable and circular construction. What's more, they are known for their ability to create homes that are not only special and unique, but also offer a true sense of home. In this project, an old fire station will be converted into 9 trendy studios and 3 duplex apartments at the top of the building. We have the opportunity to give these spaces a contemporary and modern look, while we are committed to minimizing environmental impact. This challenge fits in perfectly with SAM's possibilities.

By implementing our Smart Adaptable Module, we will once again create up to 20% extra living space. This is by cleverly integrating the various techniques into our furniture elements and using innovative elements such as the folding bed module and an integrated washbasin solution in the bathroom.

This collaboration with Kaztaar allows us to proudly show the positive impact SAM can have on these types of homes. The design, created in close collaboration, not only embodies the flexibility and innovation that are possible in compact living spaces, but also confirms that SAM fits seamlessly with Kaztaar's vision.
