Renovated 25m2 studio
This is the first renovation project that we have done. A 25 square meter studio on the 9th floor in the center of Antwerp.
A visual barrier ensures that residents can completely leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind.
By separating the entrance with a functional closet wall, we created a visual barrier that allows residents to completely leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. The partition not only provides storage space, but it also includes a refrigerator, the boiler, connections for telecom and an alarm system.
You can both work and eat at the TV niche by integrating a retracting table top. The compact kitchen was fully equipped with a hob, combi oven, extractor, dishwasher and a compact sink. The worktop is illuminated with an LED line behind the hanging cabinets. The rest of the lighting was equipped with stylish spotlights on a system rail, so that residents can adjust the lighting as they wish. For the atmosphere, the cornices are illuminated with LED strips.
