Flex work SAM

Commissioned by the VUB's' TRANSFORM 'research group, these SAMs were designed with a view to maximum adaptability for the future. This flexible workspace can be completely separated into two complete studios.

Fire resistance and the separation of the utilities were taken into account. As a result, this flexible workplace can be divided into two completely separate studios, each with their own sanitary facilities and kitchenette.

The office setting is ideal for the industrial look where the ventilation channels and cable ducts remain visible. In the entrance hall, we chose to accentuate these techniques with indirect lighting. This is how we combine the raw concrete and the visible techniques with the bright yellow finish, resulting in a smooth whole.
