Renovation project in Rotterdam
Our first foreign project is located in Rotterdam. A 340m² house that has been converted into 4 apartments.
Energy-conscious living with Habi
Habi makes real estate more sustainable and helps transform them into energy-conscious homes that are intended for co-living. The SAM is central to these co-living apartments. With the soft colors and wood finish, we give residents a wonderful peace of mind.
In this project, the technical shaft is the central hub around which the SAM is designed.
The apartments are heated by means of a heat pump that is nicely stored in the SAM. As a result, there is no need for a technical space in the homes and we create extra living space for residents.
This project is not only notable for its energy-conscious way of living. In these apartments, we can let 14 people enjoy a comfortable living space with just 4 SAMs.
