Newly built two-bedroom apartments in Mol
Six SAMs in a brand new 'Art Deco' building in the heart of the Kempen
A new residential and commercial building has been built in the center of Mol, to which we were able to contribute. The new construction project is an ode to the old building that existed for almost a century and housed the historic furniture store 'Deko' until the 1960s. Thanks to a negative energy level and the use of SAM, the architects have brought the building's quality of life to an exceptionally high level.
Since the Art Deco style is characterized by sleek geometric design, SAM is almost the perfect solution for the interior. We were therefore allowed to make a design for 6 of the 24 apartments. With SAM, we also immediately replace a few interior walls with functional closet space. With our concept here, we are different from the traditional interpretation of an average apartment.
The building consists of 24 apartments and a few commercial spaces on the ground floor. Bao Living installed utilities, storage and spatial planning in six of these apartments, using our Smart Adaptable Module (SAM).
