Episode 28 of the Bao Podcast is a special occasion, as we have an episode for the first time with two guests: Peter Bertels, CTO, and Wim Pieters, CEO of CIRCL.

Their unique approach integrates circularity and digitization into the entire construction process. From digital design to an astonishing construction period of six weeks after approval of the permit, CIRCL is at the forefront of efficiency and sustainability in the industry.
On the one hand, we are a company that develops software to design buildings on a specific plot, on the other hand, we are a construction company that also builds these houses in a very fast and sustainable way. We only need 6 weeks to build it, with a 55% reduction in CO2 and we do it in a fully circular way.
