Correctly dismantled and well-maintained cabinet elements are eligible for an attractive cashback.
Sanitary up to 30%
Sinks, toilets and faucets in good condition can be reused in new SAM setups.
Lighting up to 30%
Functional fixtures can be easily reintegrated into other SAM projects.
Remaining value upon return
The refunded percentage depends on the condition of the materials at the time of return. The better the condition, the higher the cashback. The exact residual value is determined after inspection upon arrival. Note: damaged or incomplete components may receive a lower value or be refused.

Return conditions
To qualify for circular cashback, the materials must meet a few conditions. Bao Living reserves the right to refuse parts that are incomplete or unsuitable for reuse. The final residual value is determined based on the condition of the product upon receipt.
Clean and free of residues
- All products must be thoroughly cleaned and free of glue, silicone or other mounting residues.
Undamaged and in good condition
- The materials must not have cracks, breaks or other damage.
- Any defects will be assessed upon return and may affect the residual value.
Completely and properly dismantled
- We only accept complete products. Separate parts such as hinges, shelves or crane parts cannot be returned separately.
Transport and packaging
- Materials may be packaged for transport, but removing and recycling packaging materials is the responsibility of the customer.
Do your SAM components not meet the above conditions?
In that case, unfortunately, we cannot take back the materials through the circular cashback program. However, there are alternatives to give the parts a second life. For example, consider donating to a thrift store. This way, you can reduce your ecological footprint and do someone else a favor with it. You can deliver the goods yourself or have them picked up free of charge via the following link.
